Event Pricing:

1. Base Pricing (Hourly Rates)

These rates include photography coverage, basic editing, and a set number of digital images.

  • Standard Event Package – $200/hour (2-hour minimum)

    • Unlimited shots taken during the event

    • 30 edited high-resolution images per hour

    • Online gallery for viewing & downloads

    • Light retouching (color correction, exposure adjustments)

  • Half-Day Event Package (4 hours) – $750

    • Includes everything in the standard package

    • 150+ edited images

    • One photographer

  • Full-Day Event Package (8 hours) – $1,400

    • Everything in the half-day package

    • 300+ edited images

    • Two photographers for enhanced coverage

2. Add-Ons & Extras

Let clients customize their package:

  • Additional Hour of Coverage – $175/hour

  • Extra Edited Images – $10 per image

  • Expedited Editing (48-hour delivery) – $150

  • Second Photographer – $75/hour

  • Full Gallery Purchase – $250 (all images lightly edited)

  • Print Packages – Starting at $75

3. Travel Fees

  • Free within 20 miles

  • $1 per mile beyond that
